Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services Business. These terms and conditions outline the services, responsibilities, and expectations between Rossete Cleaning Services and the client. By engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided We offer a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. The specific services provided will be outlined in the contract or service agreement.
2. Booking and Scheduling * Services are scheduled by appointment. You may request a specific date and time, but the appointment will be confirmed based on availability. * We reserve the right to reschedule services with prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.
3. Payment Terms * Payments are due at the time of service or as per the terms agreed upon in the contract. * Payment methods include: bank transfers, Zelle, by check or cash payment methods we accept. * Any additional services requested during the cleaning session will be billed accordingly. * Late payments may incur a late fee of [2%] per day.
4. Cancellation Policy * You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment up to [24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the service charge.
5. Client Responsibilities * You must ensure that the area to be cleaned is safe, accessible, and free of hazards. * If pets are present, you are responsible for securing them or informing us of any specific instructions regarding their care during the service. * Please ensure that all personal belongings of high value are securely stored.
6. Access to Property * You must ensure that our cleaning staff has unrestricted access to the areas to be cleaned, including any necessary keys, entry codes, or permissions. * If access is denied or if our staff is unable to enter, we reserve the right to charge a partial or full service fee.
7. Liability and Damages * We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages or issues at the location before the cleaning service. * While we take great care in cleaning, we are not liable for damages to fragile or valuable items unless caused by gross negligence or deliberate actions by our staff. * We advise that you inform us of any special care instructions for fragile or valuable items before the cleaning.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee * We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please notify us within 24-48 hours of the service. We will re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
9. Insurance and Bonding * Our staff are insured and bonded to ensure peace of mind and protection during the cleaning process.
10. Confidentiality * We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Amendments * These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law * These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania state, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania State. By agreeing to our cleaning services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
